Since Galaxyvalor assumed the management and leasing of Atlantic Park Setúbal, this Asset image in the city of Setúbal was transformed through an improvement of the Retail Park tenant-mix and new leasings. The Asset has currently 100 % GLA leased.

Through the commercial dinamization of Atlantic Park Setúbal and an expert Property Management it was possible, not only to improve the Asset image, but also increase significantly the rentability for ownership. Galaxyvalor placed 3.000 sqm GLA in a total of 12.000 sqm GLA the Asset has. During this period were also renovated all the anchor tenants contracts giving the Asset incresased sustainability.

Atlantic Park de Setúbal has nowadays high quality tenants, national and international brands, that allow this Asset to have a strong commercial offer in the city of Setúbal.
