Galaxyvalor in 2017 and 2018 upgraded the image that this Asset has in the city of Bragança, in just 2 years of management and leasing.

Through the commercial dinamization of the Asset and making an appropriate Property Management, the Asset image was largely improved as well as it's profitability largely inceased to the Ownership, with a signiicant increase of the annual rent roll by 20% and the reduction of operation costs.

Galaxyvalor during 2017 and 2018 placed national and international stores such as Burger King, F' Grill, Espaço Casa, Flormar and Women'Secret in Bragança Shopping. in the cases of Burger King and Espaço Casa this are two new anchor stores for the Shopping with 1.000 sqm new GLA leased. This operations with these tenants allowed that GLA vacancy was reduced in just two years from 33% to 10% of the GLA. With the opening of this stores, Galaxyvalor is reinforcing the Tenant Mix of the Shopping and bringing new National and International concepts to the city of Bragança. 

The stores Sportzone, Pans & Company and Pizza Hut in this period of time also continued to show their commitment in the Shopping having renewed the image of their stores to their latest image, and in Sportzone case they also increased the area of the stores.
