Our team was responsible for the initial project consulting and pre opening leasing of the 30,000 sqm GLA Ferrara Plaza project is situated in Paços de Ferreira city in the north of Portugal.
The shopping centre opened to the public with 98% GLA leased. Its main tenants were Carrefour Hypermarket, Zon Cinemas, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Inditex Group (Kiddy's Class), Perfumes & Companhia, Douglas, Sport Zone, CentroXogo and JCA, among other referenced tenants.
