Atlantic Park Tondela
Transformation of this Asset into a stand alone with 6,000 sqm GLA
Galaxyvalor was hired to manage and lease this Asset in 2011, and quickly identified the lack of sustainability in the way it was designed. In 2012 Galaxyvalor proposed the transformation of the property into a 6,000 sqm GLA stand alone.
Following the acceptance from the Ownership to this idea, Galaxyvalor leased the Asset to Sonae Group. Sonae opened Continente Bom Dia supermarket, Worten, MO, Note, Wells and Bom Bocado stores.
As a result of this operation this Asset is now commercially viable and has consequently increased its Asset value.
The renewed Atlantic Park Tondela opened in July 2014 after works that were carried out to adapt to the new concept.
