It is situated between Vila Nova de Famalicão and Santo Tirso on the N204 road, and has 12,000 sqm GLA. It's tenants are Belita supermarket, SportsDirect, Espaço Casa, DeBorla, Rádio Popular, Calçado Guimarães, Top Pet and Blysshome.
