Retail Park that has been managed and leased by Galaxyvalor since 1st of January 2014.
Galaxyvalor has consistently increased the value of this Asset through its management and leasing strategy and the Asset has currently 100% GLA leased.
Atlantic Park Setúbal has 12,000 sqm GLA. It's an important commercial point in the city, and its main shops are Espaço Casa, SportsDirect, Hôma, Calçado Guimarães, Kid to Kid, W52, Rádio Popular, Ornimundo and a Nutriset gym.
