Alvaláxia Shopping Center
Management and Leasing since February 2016
Shopping Center managed and leased by Galaxyvalor since February 2016.
Galaxyvalor was instucted to make the management and the commercial dinamization of this Asset.
Located aside one of the main transport hubs of Lisboa, as well as with main residential neighbourhoods, companies and schools, in the vicinity, Alvaláxia Shopping Center has a priviliged location and has 17.600 sqm GLA.
As main anchors the Shopping Center counts with a Lidl supermarket with 2.000 sqm, 10 cinema screens from NOS, a Burger King with 550 sqm, a Pet Outlet store with 650 sqm and a Sunlight Lounge Solarium with 400 sqm.
