Bragança Shopping Center
Management and Leasing since July 2016
Shopping Center managed and leased by Galaxyvalor since July 2016.
Galaxyvalor was instucted to make the management and the commercial dinamization of this Asset.
Located in the city center of Bragança, in the main Avenue and commercial area of the town, this area has also several offices and public services as well as schools in the vicinity. In fact Bragança Shopping has a priviliged location and has 4.800 sqm GLA.
The Shopping has severall recognized quality stores as Espaço Casa, Burger King, Sportzone, Zara Kids, Pull & Bear, Seaside, Springfield, Women'Secret, Inside, Parfois, Perfumes & Cª, Pizza Hut, as well as other severall very good stores.
